Family Law
I have been employed with Williscroft & Co since 2002, commencing employment as a legal secretary and then undertaking my Ilex course which was completed in 2007.
I deal with all aspects of family law, namely divorce, separation and private children law together with domestic violence cases, including matters where urgent protection is required. I also prepare wills for clients and Change of Name Deeds for both for adults and for children.
I am a Member of Resolution and follow the Resolution Code of Practice. This means that I use an approach to cases and which is sensitive, constructive, cost effective and most likely to result in an agreement.
I work full time, Monday to Friday 8am until 4.30pm although I am flexible and willing to offer earlier or later appointments if required.
