Children can be excluded from school for a number of different reasons. There are rules that schools must follow when excluding children and at Williscroft & Co we are able to review a decision to exclude a child and advise on whether that exclusion was correctly implemented.
As a parent or guardian it is possible to apply for a decision to exclude to be reviewed initially through the school governors and should that not be successful, when looking at permanent exclusions, through an independent panel. We are able to provide confident and reliable advice on representation through these processes and can advise on whether a decision by the appeal panel can be reviewed through the courts via the judicial review process.
