I specialise in all aspects of Family Law and Welfare Benefits.
Since my training in 2002 I have been dealing with all aspects of family law including divorces, finances, disputes about children and domestic violence. I have been particularly keen in advising and representing clients in proceedings involving domestic violence and financial aspects of separation.
I am the Welfare Benefits Supervisor at the firm and until recently was the only member of staff advising client's in this area. I now supervise two other members of staff and also supervise files of one other advice agency. I provide advice about all aspects of benefits such as overpayments, eligibility, backdating and appeals. I also deal with all aspects of appeals particularly more complex appeals to the first and second tier tribunals.
