We provide advice in relation to allegations of anti-social behaviour and in relation to a landlord’s responsibility to help regulate such behaviour. We also provide assistance, and representation in the civil courts where appropriate, to those who have been accused of anti-social behaviour and where a landlord is issuing either a warning or seeking possession.
